All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or local public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during seasonal periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

📦 Damages & Missing Packages
We take immense care in packaging your Bibles, vestments, and delicate church supplies. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can assist you efficiently.
🌍 International Orders
Currently, The Holy Word storefront is optimized for domestic shipping within India. We do not support direct international shipping through the online portal at this time. For bulk international ministry orders, please contact our support team directly.
