📅 14-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original pristine condition, and in the original packaging. Items returned outside this window or showing signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected.

Returnable Items
- • Standard Bibles and Books (spine uncreased)
- • Unopened Music & Media (original shrink wrap)
- • Standard Gifts and Keepsakes
- • Unworn, unwashed standard-sized apparel
Non-Returnable Items
- • Personalized or engraved items (e.g., embossed Bibles)
- • Custom-tailored clergy vestments
- • Perishable church supplies (e.g., communion wafers)
- • Downloadable digital products or software
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team with your Order ID (#) and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
- Package Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include the RMA number inside the box.
- Ship It Back: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived defective or damaged).
💳 Refunds & Defective Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Received a damaged item?
If you received a defective or damaged product, skip the standard return process. Email us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we will dispatch a replacement to you at zero additional cost.
